Trevor and Michelle Hale Start Fruition Global Communications

Husband and wife team Trevor and Michelle Hale have founded Fruition Global Communications, a media and communications consultancy.

As the name implies, Fruition helps leaders and organizations bring their vision to life. It specializes in reputation management, thought leadership, C-suite communications, news and content strategy, crisis communication and experiential programs. The media division includes Global Diabetic, a multi-channel media platform, and provides hosting and moderating services.

“Over the pandemic, we’ve become great at juggling careers, schedules and two toddlers,” said Michelle Hale. “We are happy that we are coming out of it stronger than ever, finding new ways to collaborate with each other as well as with professionals around the world with whom we’ve worked. Trevor has expanded his leadership skills over the last year working with Xinfu and has the right combination of creativity, global experience and drive to provide exceptional service to clients around the world through our consultancy. He’s a great counselor and mentor to me and many others.”

Michelle Hale

“There are children on this planet today because Michelle inspired other mothers living with type one diabetes to conceive, showing that it’s possible to manage a higher risk pregnancy with planning and the right support,” said Trevor Hale. “I’m in a constant state of awe in how she is pursuing her highest calling, inspiring people and growing her media platform. She has shown that there is growing audience hungry for more information and engagement.”

Michelle Hale is expanding Global Diabetic, a multi-channel media platform to inspire people around the world living with type one diabetes. Her global following continues to expand and she is increasingly serving as moderator and host of health care programming. She has inspired many people living with T1D to live their best lives, including inspiring couples to conceive, having chronicled challenges and best practices of managing diabetes during two pregnancies.

Michelle Hale, a native of Australia, led two construction companies for more than a decade and holds a business degree from Griffith University. She is an avid traveler, writer and broadcaster about wellness, luxury, travel and automotive.
